Our contract with you

How the contract is formed

  • Consumers: You make a request to be admitted on to a tour or purchase a gift card via our website. A Booking Request is only accepted when we send you an email confirming it. The contract is formed at that time.
  • Business or private tours: We issue a quotation valid for 28 days. If you wish to proceed, submit a Booking Request in writing. We accept it in writing, at which point the contract is formed.
  • If we cannot accept your Booking Request: We will notify you and make a full refund.
  • Your contract number: We will assign a number to your booking. Please reference it in any correspondence.
